What is kept, and for how long
Two policies, stated separately, because they behave differently. Storage is not unlimited: only monthly backups and archived records are kept indefinitely.
Daily backups
1 year
Every daily scheduled backup is kept for one year. Daily backups older than a year are deleted automatically.
Monthly backups
Indefinite
One backup a month is kept indefinitely. Nothing deletes it on a schedule.
Archived records
Indefinite
Archived records are kept for as long as the Archive subscription is active, and stay queryable that whole time.
Daily and monthly retention above applies to Standard and Professional. Enterprise sets its own retention policies, including multi-year audit log retention.

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up with Salesforce and your first 7 days run on Professional, free, with no credit card. Connect a production org, take backups, and restore into a sandbox. When the trial ends you choose the plan you want and monthly pricing starts from there, and with no card on file nothing is charged in the meantime. Enterprise is quoted, so an Enterprise evaluation is arranged with sales.
How is the monthly price calculated?
Take your active Salesforce users, multiply by the plan rate for Backup & Restore, and charge the plan minimum if that comes out lower. Add each module you selected at its own per-user rate, then add Archive at $25.00 a month for every million records you keep archived. That sum is the monthly subscription.
What does the minimum apply to?
The Backup & Restore line only. On Standard the per-user price takes over at 66 active users, on Professional at 100. Modules and Archive have no minimum of their own: they are added on top of the Backup & Restore subscription.
Which users am I charged for?
Active Salesforce users in the org you protect. The same count sets the Backup & Restore price and every per-user module price, so one number drives the whole subscription.
Is the Query Console limited?
No. Query Console runs unlimited operations on every plan, and so does Sandbox Seeding. AI Credits are spent only when you use an AI feature, such as asking the AI to write a query for you.
How long are backups kept?
Daily backups are kept for one year, and daily backups older than a year are deleted automatically. Monthly backups are kept indefinitely. Archive retention is a separate policy: archived records are kept for as long as the Archive subscription is active.
What happens when the AI Credits run out?
Professional includes 50 credits a month, and Enterprise is quoted with a custom capacity. A question in the Query Console, Restore or Data Quality costs one credit and an Org Assistant question costs three; running your own SQL, seeding a sandbox or restoring never costs one. For more credits on either plan, contact sales.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you run more than one production org, need custom schedules or retention, need a specific storage region for data residency, want API access, or have security and procurement requirements to work through.
